Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all CompilationCreator orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method. This policy sits alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Lifetime
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
To ask for one, either:
- find your order at paddle.net and request a refund there; or
- email support@compilationcreator.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
A refund revokes the license it paid for. The app stops working on the activated computer the next time it checks in with our license server.
After 14 days, we don't offer refunds, except where the law gives you a right to one (for example, if the app is faulty or not as described).
EU and UK consumers: your right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK and buy as a consumer, the law usually gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content.
You can lose that statutory right once the download or activation of the app begins, but only if you expressly agreed at checkout that delivery could start straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Paddle's checkout and Buyer Terms handle that consent.
Our own 14-day refund policy applies whether or not you gave that consent. So in practice, you can get a refund of a Lifetime purchase within 14 days either way.
Supporter (applies once Supporter is offered)
Supporter is not on sale yet. This section applies only once it is.
- Cancel anytime in Paddle's customer portal. You keep Supporter until the end of the period you paid for, plus a 7-day grace period. You won't be charged again.
- First payment: refundable within 14 days.
- Renewals: refundable where the law requires it. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster. A chargeback revokes the license it relates to. If a chargeback is reversed, the license is restored.
